It’s a Great Time to Eat Grass Fed Bison
Empire Buffalo is a small-scale bison farm. We sell bison meat frozen, by the retail cut. Bison is great tasting and good for you, and ours is all grass fed, which creates a more sustainable footprint.
Our meat is available for purchase at the farm. Beginning on Saturday May 27th, we will be open on Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm. If that schedule doesn’t work for you, then please email, or call and schedule a time to come by. It is always fine to call and ask to come by on short notice. Daylight hours are best.

Joe Lazarsky and Aileen Randolph purchased 100 acres on Falls Road late in 2009. It was an old dairy farm that hadn’t been farmed in a decade. In 2011 we brought in a small herd of bison from Tennessee. Our herd has grown to over 60 and we’ve learned alot about bison, fencing and the challenges of small scale farming. We wouldn’t be here today without the support of our community and passionate bison eaters from across the region. We truly appreciate it.
